Steps to registering for Intramural Basketball!
1. Visit http://www.druryrec.com/sports/2009/8/28/Intramural%20Forms.aspx? to print and fill out the following forms:
· Drury Intramural Checklist (list of all needed forms to play any sport)
· Intramural Constitution
· Intramural Roster and Team Captain Consent Form
· Intramural Waiver (one per player)
· Intramural Basketball League Sign Up
2. Turn in forms and $30 registration fee to the Drury Wellness Office. The office is located in Weiser Gym UPSTAIRS next to the press box. There is a box outside the door attached to the wall. All materials due Wednesday 1/27/10 by 10:00pm
3. Check www.druryrec.com on Friday 1/29/10 to see your team’s schedule of play.
4. Attend the MANDATORY captains meeting on 2/1/10 at 8pm in Mabee Gym.
5. GAME TIME!
